New feature:
- Players now vote on game length at the start of the match
- Short game: First to 6
- Medium: First to 11
- Long: First to 16

Fixes:
- defusal wand now appears under consumables in shop
- various UI tweaks

a few fixes:

- increased hero selection time to 1 minute
- heroes should no longer be able to move during pre-round time after disconnecting and reconnecting
- attempted fix for heroes disappearing from top scoreboard
- attempted fix for cloned hero spawning on top of player hero

- Techies mines are now cleared from spawn areas when the round starts to prevent game-breaking shenanigans

Hello everyone, I've made a few tweaks to the mod.

- fixed npc placement abilities (Tombstone, Plague Ward, etc.) being able to be placed on unpathable areas
- fixed pudge hook being able to hit and move explosive ward
- prevents tower glyph being triggered
- adds CS sounds for tome planting / defusal

- fixes explosive tomes being purchasable from shop
- defusal wand can be purchased from shop for 100 gold
- note: defusal wand removed from inventory at end of round
