Fixed the first chamber so that Portal Bumping is no longer an option, revised the exit path in the third chamber so that any and all shortcuts to the faith plate will not interfere with normal level progression

moved a few things in the third part in order to (hopefully) remove shortcuts

removed some shortcuts, added an emancipation grill after the laser puzzle to prevent players from killing themselves in the next puzzle via laser

fixed some ways to cut-corners and some things that make it harder to beat the level
