Scrolling with wheel will now allow bigger unzoom
You can no longer zoom on the character

Skillbar now only apear after you chose tour character

Added Cooldown to consumable effect , cooldown is displayed on the Item-Bar

Added Item Action Bar, hotkey for 1to 4 use item in the slot
Added hotkey for Inventory (I) and for Hero Panel (H)
Added item_blue_potion (mana potion) , item_red_potion (Health Potion) and item_purple_potion (Mana and Health Potion) which are consomable , can be stacked up to no limit , and no CD are set yet.

updated HUD , inventory change : now the info panel apear when you hover an item , to equip/unequip , use rightclick on an item
