New Technology (Applied Sciences) which has:
Building - Ames Laboratory(Materials Sciences)

To Balance stealth bomber and Helicarrier added requirement for new ALMS building.

Note: I will likely be combining this mod with my Misc mod in near future.

Added Upgrads for Stealth Bomber.
- Also added a few restrictions/requirements for making units to make sure they are not too powerful too early.
- Still need to work on Progressions.

Varried Recon Flyer Perks - too static.

- Fixed Perks for Recon Flyer and Helicarrier.
- Graphics set for Helicarrier (uses Supremacy model -until I learn how to add my own)
- Still need to work on Stealth Bomber perks
- Likely to add Stealth Sub.

Added Helicarrier (flying air carrier) and Stealth Bomber.
Both use base graphics, need to learn how to include new model graphics.
