Silver sapphire necklace now takes a regular sapphire, not a flawless.

Fixed some equippable conditions.

I am not able to allow salvaging of the both metal and the gems due to the limitations of the editor, it does not allow more than one thing returned to the player per craft. (the FalloutNV editor has expanded functions that allowed more things returned per craft, but unfortunately it is not compatible with Skyrim files, the only way to really do it is through scripting an activation object, which to me seems like overkill.)
