Jewelry Salvaging by El_Tres (Vanilla)

This is a simple mod that adds new recipes to the anvil that allow you to salvage gems or other materials from unenchanted necklaces, rings, and circlets in the world.

This mod also allows you to forge flawless gems from 3 flawed gems of the same type.

Gems, ore, and ingots that are salvaged will be found in the "Misc" section of your smithing.

You cannot salvage something you are wearing, but it is possible to salvage anything in your pack, so make sure you know what you are salvaging before you do it. There is no way to get the item back once it is destroyed. Some items that have been enchanted may be able to be salvaged as well, so make sure you store away your good stuff before you salvage anything.

Most items allow you to salvage one of two things from the item, either a gem or a metal usually. You have to choose which one you want back, you cant get both. Usually the gem is worth more than the metal in the item.

As of right now, No smithing skill is needed to salvage. That might change.

No DLC is needed with this.
