- Reworked Assimilation Ideas
- Mercenary Army Ideas have been renamed to Mercenary Ideas and are no longer mutually exclusive with Standing Army and Conscription - I felt like the new system does not allow good balancing in that direction to further justify making them exclusive
- New Idea Group: Dreamtime Ideas
- Added Triggered Modifiers to nerf converted professionalism modifiers when the player does not have the Cradle of Civilisation DLC

- Integrated the Monuments Expanded Mod in Idea Variation and adjusted the modifiers (almost no country modifiers from monuments anymore) (Big Thanks to Melvasul and the Monuments Expanded Team)
- Reduced build costs of Monuments due to nerfed mechanics in general

- Fixed: Problem with the Government Building Chain being able to be build twice in a state
- Fixed: Problem with the University being able to be build twice in a state
- Added new Manufactory Buildings: Harbour, Urbanized District, Centre of Weapon Production & State House

- Added new Estate Interface (Big Thanks to ComradDoge!)
- Fixed: Advisors with 2 modifiers were not displayed correctly
- Adjusted the Monuments Interface
- Expand/Decrease Infrastructure Buttons are now properly integrated in the interface
- Fixed: The edict interface now allows for more than one modifier to be displayed correctly
- Added a tooltip for the government reform events
- Improved the visibility of the mutually exclusive idea groups
- Fixed: 6 buildings per row in the province buildings menu again

Added new Decision Based Game Option system replacing the old voting system
All options can now be changed in the middle of the game
