Fixed some UnitPanel.lua bug with VP.

All Great Generals and Great Admirals now provide traits toward all cities rather than just land and coastal cities.
Traits no longer scale. A level 3 general will provide the same trait bonus as a level 1 general.
Optimized some Lua coding for faster processing during late game turns.

Not save-game compatible. (Don't forget to readjust your UnitPanel.lua in this folder!)

Added Banzai promotion (Grants attack bonuses for defense penalties).
Experience is now earned randomly, but can be disabled however look in the config. (Some generals are slower at gaining experience, while some are faster; it's random.)
Ranged kills are properly detected if you have enabled the Community Patch. This means ranged kills are no longer detected without it.

Not save-game compatible. Remember to check the UnitPanel.lua in what you are using!

Fixed a bug where Great Generals and Great Admirals with no special trait got naming errors.

Balanced the idelogical promotion for Community Balance Patch to only earn culture from kills rather than tourism.

The UnitPanel.lua now shows the threshold of the amount the general/admiral needs to be level 2 before showing the maximum amount it can go to be level 3.

Ranged units now grant experience! (+1 only if they're granting other than that, inform me!)
Ranged Sea kills on land grant experience to the closest general(if any).
Ranged Land kills on sea grant experience to the closest admiral(if any).

Save-game compatible.

EUI just updated! Made changes to UnitPanel.lua so make sure you have the right one before starting the game!

The new update should hopefully resolve it. Otherwise, delete all UnitPanels.lua if you want to continue playing without the errors.
