- Added position distorition to low-health flicker event.
- Added option and adjustable threshold to determin low-health level.
- Added optional "initialization" animation. Duration can be adjusted.
- Added option to disable target health bar.
- Added font options. (this is bugged as hell, as fonts are very static and can't be dynamically scaled to the set panel size)
