Fixed halftrack spawning on berlin in near end of the map, (sorry)

Poland now has ammo for the 40mm and Hubica 75mm.

Also points increased on berlin to be able to do the missions on harder levels.

The berlin mission was added

Merry Christmas everyone! sorry for the late present but i had to hang out with my family and polish up the mission. I hope you all enjoy and i will start picking a new map from the idea thread later.

*Note i will be trying to fix some of the smaller things like ammo types and such so watch out for those updates!

Mount Suribachi is now fixed, or should last longer without a crash. I also added a sherman 105 for balance to make the mission harder.
