Reduced the mass of DT Fuel Capsules back to 20kg as things felt a bit too efficient.

Increased the mass of D-T Fuel Capsules to increase fuel efficiency; increased the amount of materials used in the production of fuel capsules.

Added a recipe to disassemble Gravel into constituent elements. Principally makes Silicon with small amounts of other metals.
Added Lithium metal (Ingot/FF_Lithium) as a product of this extraction in addition to a reasonable ratio of vanilla metals and Silicon.
Changed DT Fuel Capsule Recipe to use Lithium instead of Magnesium.

Actually corrected fuel efficiency. Apparently, usage of fuel per MW is based on the mass of each unit; larger mass = less used per MW. Adjusted recipes and item mass to be 5kg, each cycle produces only one capsule.
