- Fixed various small bugs
- Added support for FSTC faction (acts as player faction now)
- Gave NPC faction members actual names (new games only)
- Completely reworked new player faction creation
- Gave the Police Outpost a configuration (station)
- Made EEM stations actually stations in most cases (static grids now)
- Incorporated Pirate PCU fix directly (Plentiful Pesky Pirates no longer required - SP/MP only)
- Force Drones and Ingame Scripts on now, mod is broken without them enabled (SP/MP only)
- Added various forms of NPC Faction protection to stop unintentional or mod breaking changes
- Removed a lot of debug code
- Commented out even more code and left it there to confuse onlookers
- Added some log outputs to help diagnose issues
- Completely reworked the Spawn Manager
- Adapted some code to run on EEM2's base structures for better performance

Fixed edgecase crash when leaving while in respawn screen.
Upgraded M3 Miner respawnship to be in line with current respawnship requirements (survival kit, other fancy stuff)
