Voxelmaps restored, apparently they are fine. Confirmed by testing.

Fixed game freezing issue caused by scripts and voxels. All custom voxelmaps were removed from mod for now.

Fixed scripts issues, friendly factions should properly notice your damage and declare war on you. Fixed non-public blocks left visible in G-screen in previous update.
