Something busted with an update reverting version

Reverted Stats view changes due to Crashes. Fixed Health and Poison Darts to be the types they are supposed to be.

Replaced old stats viewing functions with functions from the now open source super spyglass mod.

Fixed a double ammo consumption bug

Added seeing Dino stats to scoped in view

Reworked Poison and Healing Buffs

Modified Reload animations to use correct coloration for the ammo being used

Reworked Rifle to perform with Dart Projectiles

Made Casings retrievable from downed oppenents

Retextured Darts for each specific ammunition type

Modified the Work Becnh to give it a more unique look.

Fixed all ammunitions to work properly. Some ammo wasn't doing anything. This has been fixed all ammo and nades should function apropriatly.

Added buff icons to heal and poison ammo/nades so you know when your poisoned or healing.

Rebalanced some crafting costs.
Modified Dart rifles to be useable in aquatic situations.
Modified Rifles Scope to perform like the spyglass
