+ Added a teleporter to the Ghosts faction
+ A few more blocks have blurbs now

* Fixed the Void Condenser not being able to fire
* Re-balanced some of the Thaum weaponry
* Fixed teleport missiles not teleporting. I think.
* Greatly reduced health of Megadrone faction blocks
* Miscellaneous tiny changes
