Update

• Detailing to airbase area:

- Added burning Stuka's to runway
- Added supply trucks, ammunition and fuel to parked Stuka's
- Added more cover (craters, ammo/fuel/supply containers) to promote tighter infantry skirmishes

• General

- Added MG bunkers to player bases
