- Added & fixed some decals
- Fixed bar table having no collisions

- Renovated the industrial section
* Added new buildings
* Building heights now line up properly and look good with skyline
* Remade some buildings due to some previous inefficient brushwork

- Changed spawn back to fountain

- Added moving gate to red brick building in Corner (between Slums and Downtown)

Bug Fixes
- Added slope in sidewalk to yellow building in Underground area
- Changed door movement to down in Marr Freight building in downtown to avoid them showing on floor above
- More optimization ?
