Changed alot of textures.
Found that compile log was not updating after each recompile.
Deleted log file and started new
Play tested map and check console for errors.
No texture errors missing/found
Play tested map no game play problems found
White lines I could only see when models are infront of large black smoke plumes in the skybox nothing could be done to correct that issue.

There were some issues with polygons/wire frame showing up on models and missing textures.
Performed recompile play test and issue seems to be resolved.
