Almost All Nations playable!

Unit build times reduced!

Armys for USSR and United States
Oil upgrades for the Middle East
Tech upgrade for a few nations
Building times reduced for ALL buildings 2-5 turns MAX

Shortened turns for (Reduce Transportation & Reduce Farm) its should be 1 turn now

(Barracks) building time reduced, from 5 to 2
