UPDATE 1 (3/4/2016):
Added: prop bulldozing
Added: button tooltip
Fixed: compatibility with C:S 1.3.2
Fixed: button visibility in editors
Fixed: Now the mod won't bulldoze network segments outside of city area (use 81 Tiles or Cross The Line to change that) and plane and ship paths (use More Network Stuff to edit those paths). No more accidental bulldozing of those segments!
