v0.2 - Had to take down the original due to issue on my computer

Also cleaned up highways to look more realistic.
Changed intersection nearest to start tile to Cloverleaf from 3-way.
Adjusted Twin-Bridges to look and function better.
Relocated resources for realism and gameplay.
