- Open Succession is now deafault until Manuel I of Byzantium to better reflect the Imperial Succession they inherited from Rome.

- Added Legion of the Holy Emperor mercenary unit. Decision activated. Only available if Varangian Guard isnt employed and if Rulership or Theology Focus is activated
- Added Religious Authority requirements to Heretics decision and Warn Orthodox
- Added Reformed Orthodox to Mend Schism decision
- Add Rulership Focus Requirement to create the Co-emperor office

- Added Office of the Byzantine Empire (landless title created as any other titular title)
