Fixed many texture issues, added walls to help with the empty space and fixed lighting in spawns.

As requested by DJ i have updated early...

-added a sh*t ton of stuff.
-added 2 hallways where there was nothing behind a giant wall
-added lighting to the balcony area
-redid CT and T spawn.
-added walls on middle section and T spawn sniper tower.
-made all lights LED's and made them flash slightly and some a lot.
-added doors.

-fixed texture issues
-added catwalk with lights in it outside CT spawn.
-added pole to stop you from falling when going up ramp at mid section.

-added new borders to CT spawn
-added room in center WITH light in it.
-removed ramp on T side of center.
-added ramp on the little hut on the center.
and i fixed general bugs.
