* Fixed bug where attempting to dial TO a portal that was active would cause it to close that portal.
* If a ship is at a constant velocity when entering the gate, the collision prevention will now move it along that same vector when exiting. This is to prevent the object/player from crossing the event horizon if they entered from the back, which would cause them to die
