Updated Full Moon and Moon Phase prediction to account for changes made to it mid-game. You may now see a ? after the number; if you haven't changed moon phase, the number is still correct, but otherwise it needs to wait until the moon phase changes again to get a precise lock on the next full moon. Using the Insight mod will always give an exact full moon time, except during a... particular lunar event.
