Swapped some drones for higher cap cost drones to even out total combat ready drones to current drone cap (not including mining drones)

Switched some of drones for higher count usage drones and swaped drone controllers from max range controller to slightly less range wingman controllers for higher drone counts

added 1 ams, 2 emp guns, changed 2 hardpoints and swaped to quad kinetic emp guns

Added 2 more thrusters to bottom to help offset the added weight and have easier time catching up with targets

Now holds mostly size 5 drones and added weight from them tips its initial weight before lauching drones in the dreadnaught range.

Changed drone bays in hangers from 10 high cap size 1 drone bays to 17 high cap drone bays plus 1 size 3 drone dock rate reducer and 1 size 1 launch rate improver
