-Reworked the Great Demon King obtained through the ritual of Tyranny, and removed a bug with Demon King having the Renatus rituals.

-Added all Demon Army Lieutenants. Recruit them with gold or summon them with blood. Boosted by temples.
-Demon King now a level 3 caster, starts without a ring. It was just weird for him to be weaker than his lieutenants.
-Summon Servant now summons Demon Army Lieutenants.

-Fixes otherplanar immortality not working as expected, by copying the Renatus instead of the Marut. Due to engine limitations (such as combat caster not being available), the Demon King trades the combat caster tag for hades immunity.
