Release Notes v0.1.1

- Fixed a bug causing Candy Apples to be requested as a starter rather than a dessert.
- Please note, this will not fix in restaurants that already have the dish.
- Fixed a bug preventing customers from accepting Goulash Stew.
- Fixed a bug preventing sides from merging with Goulash Stew and Witches Brew.
- Fixed a bug causing Display Stands to allow children to order non-desserts.
