fixed an issue where opponent projectiles become parriable after attendant gets hit

- Slash is now much longer
- Crossing hurtbox is now smaller
- Straight Knives (SPECIFICALLY FROM STRAIGHT KNIVES) are unparriable
- Chainsaw beats projectile immunity
- Chainsaw will bounce ONCE and with very little movement if it hits a surface
- less a bounce and more like a flop
- Luna Dial beats projectile immunity
- Luna Dial now forces the opponent into having backdash iasa if they are moving backwards with a MOVEMENT TOOL
- effectively beats backdash but universalized
- If you did like- flip stinger as cb or sm you wouldnt get this effect applied to you. Youd still get hit cuz of iasa but meh
- Sakuya's World now hits f19
- Would be f20 but screw forward roll specifically :3
- Getting hit and parrying no longer delete projectiles, but turns all projectiles on screen have a parry window, regardless of distance

- Fixed a bug where timestop would affect custom armor types weirdly
- Added 4 new achievements. These are purely for flavor and do not account for the all achievements bonus
- Timestop now freezes the clock tower from the al achievments bonus

- Added a stage toggle to taunt if all achievements are obtained, OR you're on the master override list. Huge shoutout to GrapesArt for the stage art!
- Various time cost increases

Note: The stage from the taunt IS a stage mod, but the version here has the following:
- A glowing moon
- A working clock that is on a 1/6th scale to real time (at least, it's supposed to)
- Just look up Scarlet Devil Mansion

revamped time gain. Less emphasis on distance from opponent but has scaling based on combo count
resprited the time UI
fixed a minor issue regarding the time text not aligning properly
fixed a bug where attendant could have negative time
fixed an oversight where the music slider with all achievements would use a song swap when not actually playing a song

- killing doll has alt toggle that reduces iasa and is cheaper on time, but doesnt spawn projectiles
- time gain increase
- time drain on Everything At Once decreased
- slash goes further
- knives are now +1 on block
- chainsaw is now +1 on block
- Buzzsaw grounded is now +3 on block (actually +1 but puts opponent into the air)
- Buzzsaw air landing state no longer has a parry timing if the air version isnt free canceled
- Buzzsaw air landing state retains fc if the base state is free canceled
- iasa decrease to Cross-Slash and High Kick
- High Kick now sends down more
- Close-Up Magic is now throw immune f2-8
- Roundhouse is now +1 on block
- Time Sign damage increased
- Spread Knives is now a special
- Attendant's time gain is no longer decreased during combos or if she is getting comboed
- Dash forwards moves f2
- Knives universally come out a frame faster
- sweep will act like ninja sweep (inf hitstun kd but drops on DI down)
- you can no longer use everything at once in whiff (unless you're in infinite resources)
- fixed an issue where Attendant could get negative time
