Added buttons in dev room to disable tvs' sounds.
Fixed grammar error on map prop (thanks Akira Yuki for noting that in their video on this map).
There is now soundscape in spawn to prevent wrong sounds from playing after respawn.

Changed TV in rent house to act like a tv in apartment: it plays for a minute and a half, does not loop and starts playing again when you reenter the house.
