Hopefully disabled all the code that causes submarine crush damage. Open Skies biome will now appear in all campaign zones except the 6th (last) one. Slightly decreased grappling speed to avoid going at speeds that cause impact damage. Improvements on ungrounding when outside of a hull.

Added HMS Carriage and Hussar. Tweaked HMS Longhaul and Biplane. Added "nohull" tag for Docking Ports which makes them not generate a hull. Readded a minor item collision improvement, but this time it shouldn't cause issues with projectiles.

Made Mortar Railgun Shell have more initial velocity. Added the HMS Longhaul and Biplane. Removed aerial charges from the HMS Canoa. Slightly tweaked harpoon grappling to make it feel better.

Jetsuit particles are now synced. You will now flip whilst flying with scooters or jetsuits depending on where your cursor is.

Nerfed heavy suit damage protection. Buffed the grappling capabilities of the harpoons. Buffed HMS Canoa and HMS Anguilliform. All airships from the base mod now have "Draw Behind Subs" disabled on their turrets and searchlights. Improved items colliding with hulls.
