Added "Splat" toggle to Lay Down, which, when active, triggers the knockdown effect.

-Made the mod check if you were in singleplayer before registering states; this means that it can't be used in multiplayer, but also means you can play multiplayer without having to uninstall it!
-Set up an import folder and as such made the mod actually function. Oops!
