- Updated for the latest PokeLib version to support unique move cooldown effects.

- Fixed Flare Blitz's animation state getting stuck if you swapped the move out during its active time.
- Fixed an issue where Tackle wasn't properly tracking its 'last touched ground' state. It will now also consider being on a rope as 'grounded' even if you're moving.
- Fixed being able to 'store' the active states of some moves by swapping them out with a book while they're still active, eg. to store Morning Sun's heal delay so you can immediately trigger it later by re-learning the move.
Note that some moves, such as Disarming Voice, will still store their internal cooldowns when swapping them out.

My biggest race mod yet! (and one a lot of people have been requesting!)
