- Fixed Gamma Blast becoming the extend variant with no choice to use the base variant if Wrath doesn't have enough Rage if the extend variant without enough Rage by just using the extend variant
- Gamma Blast's extend variant is now interruptible on opponent turn until the last 10 frames of it's animation
- Express Lariat now has a jump version. Suffer
- Express Lariat now hits f9 to prevent parry timing overlap with Towering Heights. The jump variant is also f9. Suffer^2
- Stomp and it's rage variant no longer drop combo if the opponent's DI is not facing up or down.
- Towering Heights has less knockback and more hitlag on opponent

Extend Gamma Blast now has an XY plot

- Added an extend toggle to Gamma Blast that allows Wrath to fire off 3 Gamma Blasts instead of 1. These variants however do not track the opponent, but go very fast horizontally
- Massive buff to forceblock armor's damage threshold
- Massive buff to chip damage modifier when opponent blocks via forceblock armor
- Minor damage nerfs here and there (I think? This patch was forgotten abt for a day or 3 tbh)
- Fixed an issue where Wrath's Codex entry didn't work properly.

Note: I'll be updating the codex entry some time later, but I wanna see how intuitive his mechanics are right now before going through with this.

Various bug fixes
Fine-tuned Rage damage modifier
Stomp does less damage and has higher DI mod
More damage nerfs
Getting blocked via forceblock armor does damage based on rage
More Armor interaction stuff
Having more than 50% Rage will spawn an aura around Wrath. While this aura is stylable, I will not be doing such on his actual particles due to... restrictions placed on me from times of old

# NEW MECHANIC: RAGE
- Rage builds up when Wrath hits the opponent, gets blocked, or uses Charge.
- Rage builds until at roughly 50% rage with room for excess when hitting the opponent with a normal/special move
- Rage builds faster when landing supers and lacks a Rage gain cap
- Rage increases Wrath's damage and gives followups to some attacks
- Rage also gives access to forceblock armor, which forces the opponent to block when hitting Wrath in the startup of his specials.
- Free action Dash and Fall toggles also require rage to use.
- Rage drains slowly with time, when triggering forceblock armor, or when using either free action Dash/Fall

# REWORKS:
- Gamma Blast now has a detonate toggle that can be triggered as a free action
- Superdash now has full homing instead of an XY plot
- Monstrous Crush Barrage momentum now acts more akin to DBFZ Dragon Rush
- Air Dash is now a 2 direction dash instead of Ninja Air Dash

# Buffs:
- Universal Knockback decrease

# Nerfs:
- Punch is now f5 and extends Wrath's hurtbox
- All XY plot normals no longer have an XY plot
- Universal DI modifier increase
- Universal Damage reduction
- Most attacks no longer have a predetermined minimum damage value

# Additions:
- New move: Metor Hammer.
- Aerial f9 special
- Modify toggle sends it towards the opponent for a few frames
