-Dupefix.

Should (very) slightly improve load times and prevent error spamming. Note that this update could potentially result in saved locations being lost due to the pack being re-randomized, but the upcoming SE update is going to do that anyway, so I don't feel too bad about it. Still, I'll try to avoid having to do this kind of change in the future.

-Adjusted Class IV hard limits to account for temperature.
-Added aliases from select major catalogs to any applicable star names.
-Added Stefan-Boltzmann consistency filter.
-Added gMR consistency filter.
-Added logarithmic distance weighting to pack construction.
-Implemented new hybrid classification system.
-Updated filtering to SpaceEngine V0.991.49.2080.
