Trying to improve pathfinding performance

Tried another aproach to solve possible pathifinding-related performance issues

annoying map name tag

Fixed: Pathing limiters used to prevent bots from getting stuck with vehicles or invading from the sea (and messing up your progression) were accidentally disabled.

Fixed misplaced TOW launcher
Removed temporary tag on map name
