x2 More doors added (the side trunk/trays).
Textures cleaned up/UVmap redone in preparation for skins later on.
Animation instances done for all doors so they are heavy items etc + wheel destruction. Positioning will be corrected later on for some doors while holding etc.
LM_Bullbar has been replaced by LM_Bullbar_Van same slot - new class. This is so people who run the LM_Ferrari do not get a conflict.
Typefile added.
