🔧 Technical Summary

- Added UseNaturalRestockTiming with isRestocking flag detection
- Added TomePriceMultiplier with Card.GetPrice() patch
- Updated config defaults for balanced gameplay
- Fixed shop restock timing to prevent infinite item generation
