Hopefully fix the Gold Bear coin issue. Always save before you exchange coins, there is an odd bug that happens.

Update for capatability with my new mod. Court Wizards will now buy and sell Armor, weapons, gems, and recipes.

Bug update.. I'm so tired of working with this shitty editor. Everything was fine, then it bugs out. This is the final update for this mod unless a huge bug shows up.

Large Update!

4 new money changers are available in Whiterun, Solitude, Windhelm, and Markarth. They will buy and sell coins, gems, and Ingots.

2 new Perks are available in the Speechcraft tree. The first level of "Coin Merchant Discount " is available without any skill in speechcraft and gives a 25% discount, the second level of the perk gives a 50% discount and requires 25 skill in speechcraft. When you get the second level you basically get coin exchanges at the absolute value of the coins.

Coins now weigh 1 pound for every 1000 coins you have. So make sure to exchange your regular septims whenever you can to lower the weight in your bags. Honestly I felt that 1 pound for every 100 coins was more realistic, but I choose to go with the less troublesome number.

Currently there is no changeover to an opposite currency when a city is taken during the Civil War. I had enough trouble just getting all the merchants to work, I didn't want to deal with more bugs that replaced actors represent.. so for example if the Sons take Whiterun.. the money changer will still only have gold and silver septims in his chest and not gold and silver bears..
