Updating the .vmf file of map.

Replaced all heorine audio with HL2 female citizen voices.
Fixed the problem that cops hitting heroine with stunstick has no hit sound.
Fixed and adjusted some misc VScript problems.
Improved cubemaps.
Removed useless slam outside of the map that from early version.
