forgot to update tags bruh

Reverted the changes in the last part. If anyone has a clue how to fix it I would be willing to update but as for now I am stupid so i cant fix it sorry!

Also changed fire part to make level more consistent

I found the audio sync and tried to fix it and failed sorry :(

Update changes (thanks to Willow 🤯)
Gameplay:
-Owl now uses -xx-xx pattern.
-Modified some silent heartbeats and syncopation to match the lyrics.
-Changed a couple of stuff that I didn't like from before.
-Updated the burn beats idk if it's better.

Visual and Audio
-Removed the electric effect .
-Updated some effects and added a little bit of new ones.
-Fixed some effects and optimized the level a little bit.

Note: Willow commented on some desynced gameplay at the end. Personally I can't find it since it seems fine on my end. Sorry about that!
