- Gas Extractor 100 > 150 > 200
- Morphium Tower (Shield) 30 > 40 > 50
- Railgun Tower 35 > 50 > 70
- Morphium Powerplant 1000 > 2000 > 5000
- Solid Material Storage 2000 > 6000 > 10000

For got to change the mini range on the lvl 2 and lvl 3 pumps

- Liquid Pump reduced the placement range limit to 3 (So every other square)

Fix some issues

- Change the Armory amount.
- Shield Generator Range 30 > 40 > 50
- Repair Facility Range 30 > 40 > 50
