Side effects you should see

No MH band debuffs/buffs on non-colony pawns.
No MH capacity line in Overview for non-colony pawns.
No letters/updates triggered by non-colony pawns.
If you banish someone, any MH effect gets auto-removed on the next 60-tick pass while they’re still on map, then they’re ignored.
