Fixed an idle animation error that was bothering me.

- Down strong initial slash standardised to 10, lesser hits in general increased by up to 2
- Increased leniency of B.4 HCBF input (45f to 60f) (the key is to start inputs once it connects),
- Rectified deadzones in DAir's hitboxes, should no longer have phantom misses on specific frames
- 1 point of bonus damage added to Side B's charge phase (grounded) to even out mobility tax, it now also knocks opponents up guaranteed and behind him, not allowing for confirmation but serving as a "bulldozer" sort of attack to get out of poor situations even if you're not aiming for a sweet spot connection. Gave it armour a few frames earlier, too, to help with this newly realised identity.

Improved consistency of armour, hopefully making Ultra activations during animations more reliable (thanks to steam user Yuuta for the advice)

Re-added character select icon, reduced extra air control on aerial side B

- Raised defence from 1.5 to 2.0
- Added more consistency to Up B's tether grab
- Made Down B's parry window more obvious
- Gave Side B's fall some air control (gave the initial jump some small control too)
- Made Ultra Drain slower
- Added more smear frames, like charged neutral B (stage 2 and 3 neutral B)
