Patch Notes:

Down Air (Divekick)
- Fixed a bug where Soma could avoid parry stun after landing.
(Oops.)

Forward Strong
~ Adjusted priority values on the first swing to have the non-tipper hit take priority over the tipper hit, which should make the move connect a little better in weird positioning.
(Not sure if this fixes the problem or not, but hopefully it should make things connect slightly better.)

Forward Special (Guardian Soul)
~ Cagnazzo
~ + Now directly holds the hit player in place, preventing the opponent from being able to SDI out of the final hit.
~ (Oops.)
~ Stinger
~ + Cooldown (Whiff): 100f -> 40f
~ (Same reasoning as lowering the Cagnazzo whiff cooldown from the previous patch. In hindsight, applying a lengthy cooldown to a move which already has high endlag that doesn’t even directly move you forward might not have been the smartest move on my own part. My bad.)

Down Special (Enchantment Soul)
~ Fire Circle
~ - Now goes away if Soma is parried at all and places Down Special on a small cooldown to prevent Soma from being able to instantly reapply this move.
~ (While this move had its niche potential, there was no true counterplay to Soma having this out, so this should reign in its hidden potential a little bit.)

Souls
~ Moved the Soul Menu code from post_draw.gml to pre_draw.gml to hopefully not draw in front of other players.
~ Adjusted background transparency of the menu to not be as solid.
~ Adjusted depth of the soul collect text to not draw in front of enemy players, which prevents obstruction of gameplay (this one’s also my bad).

Patch Notes:

General
~ Adjusted a few things internally to make Soma work more naturally on the Rivals Rogue stage.
~ Adjusted basic sword slash hit sounds on moves that use the broadsword and katana.
~ The Infinite MP toggle for Practice mode can now also be enabled in the Playtest Menu.

Down Air (Divekick)
+ Landing Lag during the Divekick now has IASA frames past frame 20, which effectively reduced landing lag from 30 -> 20.
(I wanted this to be punishable on whiff, but in hindsight, this might have been overkill.)

Forward Strong
~ First Hitbox Base Knockback: 4 -> 6
~ The first swing now has a second hitbox near the tip of the blade which should aid in making the two hits a little better.
- Second Hitbox Damage: 12 -> 10 (Total Damage: 16 -> 15)

Up Strong
+ Multihits can no longer be teched.
~ Multihit Hitbox Size: 111 x 61 -> 110 x 60
(why were these odd numbers lol)
- Finishing Hitbox Size: 119 x 67 -> 110 x 60
(Makes the finishing hit not abnormally larger than the visual.)

Down Strong (Critical Axe Art)
+ Finishing Hitbox Knockback Scaling: .9 -> 1
+ Finishing Hitbox Damage: 5 -> 10 (Total Damage: 13 -> 16)
(This move is the slowest amongst his strongs, and is relatively weak in comparison to Up Strong. These changes should make hit harder overall to make it more in line with his other Strongs.)

Neutral Special (Bullet Soul)
~ Aguni Fire
~ - Cooldown: 15f -> 60f
~ (This was far too spammable.)
~ Discus
~ - Proj Hitbox Size: 80 x 80 -> 70 x 70
~ - Cooldown: 15f -> 60f
~ - Hitstun Multiplier: 1x -> 0.75x
~ (This was also far too spammable. And some other adjustments to keep this move in check.)

Forward Special (Guardian Soul)
~ Cagnazzo
~ - Cooldown on Whiff: 90f-> 30f
~ (For a move that had rather high endlag on whiff, having a cooldown felt unnecessary in hindsight. This is an experimental change. In the event that this ends up being problematic, I can reimplement this as needed though.)

Down Special (Enchantment Soul)
~ Great Armor
~ ~ Adjusted visuals for attack cooldown to better indicate how long the Great Armor cooldown is active for.
~ Demonic Contract
~ ~ Now has additional hit sfx and hit vfx to better indicate that increased damage and knockback are being applied in this state.

Up Special (Bat Form)
+ Startup: 25 -> 20
+ Landing Lag (while directly moving): 27 -> 12
