Aard sign was added, read item description as it behaves a little differently but effectively results in an aoe 3 seconds stun on anything.
Quen explode radius sphere is now much larger and the knockback from the explosion will now affect more targets around you in a wider radius.
Thunderbolt elixirs have their movement speed done in a different way, this might still be unreliable or buggy. If this doesnt work well I will remove the movement speed bonus.
Admin settings were added to change Aard cooldown.
Improved cooldown on signs to always update to current admin settings in a more clean way.
