Ver 1.04 - Fixed dialogue of where certain military members by the classification of trade could not be recruited on a second conversatios, as there was another restriction in place.

Ver 1.03 - Added new dialogue for recruiting military officers. Each dialogue has been altered slightly to understood by the different languages supported by the game.
