Captive Restriction Remover (Updated Dialogue)

This mod removes the checks within the dialogue files that prevented military officials being recruited.

Now military officials from each nation can be recruited into the crew from the cargo hold.

May change the files over time.

If you are unable to recruit any more officers from your hold, it may be due to having the max amount of officers allocated.

*If there's any incompatibilities/bugs let me know in the comments.
**This mod leads to the captured characters being included into the save file. I would advise creating a new save file, in addition to the others to check if the character functions correctly and that no bugs impede on game play. Does not need a new game.
