  • Improved Kick by steam id -- allows kicking players who are not fully joined and in the player list

Version 1.0:
  • Patches connections to prevent a timeout when a client is kicked at initial connection. (Invalid password, blacklisting, invalid version).
  • Extends Kick to allow player name instead of steamid.
  • Fix decay time to take into account item max damage.
