Minor bugs fixed:
- Celtic warrior lodge now will add AI members
- Egyptian warrior lodge now has its gfx added
- Fixed joining some mod unique monastic orders
- Fixed some dates of Heraclius' family
- Fixed the Duke of Septem having a blank history in some bookmarks

This release is not save-game compatible with the previous version, due to the map changes

MAJOR:
- Integrated provinces added in vanilla with Jade Dragon and the 2.8 update
- Added history for the new areas of the map, including Tibet and Nepal

MINOR:
- Allowed Pagan rulers to rebuild the Circus Maximus
- Updated cultural buildings for the conditions to correspond with vanilla
- Added Mediolanum, Ravenna and Augusta Treverorum as eligible capitals for the WRE restoration decision
- Limited the foederatus integration decision to be only for rulers of a higher rank
- Added missing cultural buildings for cultures added by the mod
- Prevented the integration of foederati's towards which the liege has an ongoing territory promise
- Changed the name of Greek cultural localisation for duchies before the adoption of Themata system to Eparchy
- Made the Pope the religious head of the Chalcedonian church
- Fixed the council not voting on the first steps of High Tribal organisation with Conclave
- Added a game rule to opt out from the default restriction of the holy war casus belli
- Reduced the frequency of the melting-pot Christian religious conversion events
- Modified the Justinian's Plague so that it breaks out in Pelusium rather than Constantinople, to have it spread from Egypt as it did historically
- Renamed the Galliya culture into Halska for a more plausible name

- Made Odoacer's revolt landless
- Added an unification of England decision, adapted on the basis of the Insular Flavour sub-mod by Boristus
- Fixed Syagrius' age in Shattered Empire bookmark screen

- Added title cultural localisation for Latin and Greek group cultures
- Changed the Latin Solar religion graphics from the African graphics to the Hellenic graphics

MAP/HISTORY:
- Added historical rulers of the Irish Petty Kingdoms up to year 600 along with their families
- Changed the de jure situation in the kingdom of England from a single kingdom tier realm to three, to better represent the historical administration
- Edited the realms of those three de jure kingdoms to properly represent the historical situation in all start dates
- Added the historical realms of Guent, Guenet, Linnius, Brycheiniog, Middilseaxe and Bernicia
- Separated Desmond and Corcu Loígde into two distinct realms
- Separated Aileach and Ulaidh into two distinct realms
- Expanded the history of the Kingdom of Dal Riata and neighbouring Pictish domains
- Added Magnus Maximus' bloodline for his descendents
- Modified the religious map of the British Isles to add Celtic provinces in Devon, Wales, Ireland and Scotland
- Changed religion of Broerec's rulers from Celtic pagan to Nicene
- Fixed the starting ruler of Soissons being called Syagrius, the dynasty, rather than Flavius Afranius, the character name
- Reduced the amount of holdings in the provinces of Garama and Swarty from 7 to 4 for balance
- Fixed the culture of the Astures leader and added a successor to avoid game over
- Added the Asturian "Runcones" tribe as an independent duchy after 507
- Made the Miaphysite and Monophysite provinces Nicene before the Council of Chalcedon
- Added missing Visigothic kings: all the ones from Balti dynasty and Sigeric
- Renamed the Mali Empire into the Ghana Empire
- Changed the culture of Trier from Frankish and Germanic to Romano-Frankish and Chalcedonian until 500 when the first burials are attested
- Expanded the family of count Arbogast
- Added the kingdom of Taurica in the counties of Korchev and Tmutarakan, ruled by the Bosporan king Duptunus
- Changed the culture of Augusta Treverorum to Gallo-Roman
- Reworked cultures and religions in Visigothica
- Added dynasties to Roman, Romano-Gallic and Romano-Hispanic cultures

BUGFIXES:
- Fixed broken religious opinion modifiers for Sectarian and Communitarian religions
- Fixed double religious character modifiers canceling out each other
- Fixed the Silk Road passing through Dawkah in Arabia instead of Belabad in Persia
- Fixed the Imperial Administration law being impossible to pass as a Sub-Roman ruler
- Fixed 3.0 rivers having been added to the 2.7 map
- Added government flavours for governments added by the mod to prevent the interface from displaying "Anarchy"
- Added missing religion and culture opinion modifier localisation
- Fixed it being impossible to build a trading post in Rome due to the city not being an important trading post on the Silk Road
- Made it so only independent rulers can form the Frankish kingdom
- Fixed the Assyrian, Berber and Root West warrior lodges being possible to join for the AI even after the ranks were filled
- Fixed the descriptions of WtWSMS wonders having broken localisation
- Fixed the description of the tribal organisation law being misleading with regards to the risk of realm implosion
